CrossFit Heavy Timber is  now offering one-on-one nutrition coaching and meal plans. The personalized programs, direct daily contact with your coach, and weekly updates/check-ins  are key contributors to your success.

Recognizing that our CrossFit community is distributed across the country, we are offering this service on-line, as well as in-person in Corner Brook.

Once you signup, you will be added to the private group, DialedInNutrition. Your coach is available for questions, progress photos and tips.
